Robel Developments was formed in 2007 as the development arm of our sister company Pegasus Builders to provide fine quality homes for individual clients seeking properties in secluded locations or town settings within the South Downs National Park. We work with land owners for joint developments or purchase the land at the outset.

We set our objectives to source and locate building land within interesting locations of town centres and village settings. We believe family homes should be constructed within communities to forge long terms relationships for the future. Our homes are designed with a period flavour externally and a high quality contemporary interior.

For Refurbishments and Conversions of properties, we recognise our purchasers requirements to provide a restored period exterior coupled with a warm and relaxed contemporary interior with flowing accommodation.

Whether the properties are within towns or tucked away, we provide the resources needed to all schemes. We believe in long term value of properties which will continue to protect the investment for the future.  Our product range includes Bespoke New Homes, with a replacement house constructed on the site of a previous property or the present house remodelled. We can create new properties either in a period style or in a contemporary design to a very high quality.

With over 1100 major projects within our sister company, and over 100 developments managed by our director, we have gained significant expertise with the construction of new homes, civil engineering and town planning within the SDNP.

We like to work closely with our key professionals as architects, surveyors or engineers to develop the scheme to reality. Our building teams have developed strong working relationships within the industry over the years to share our enthusiasm for achieving high quality. Our bonds with professional bodies continue to underpin the quality of construction and high standards of our work. The securement of new sites is achieved through our agents or knowledge of the counties.

We believe Project Management is essential in providing the foundation to ensure projects are kept on time with cost targets and quality control either during the planning process or during the construction period

Our Managing Director plays a key role in each project throughout the South Downs National Park and maintains contact from start to finish with all our purchasing clients – past and present. We encourage regular progress meetings during the construction period to form a working bond with all parties.

Construction (Design and Management) – CDM 2015

All our projects comply with CDM 2015 regardless of size. Training courses are provided for all our personnel to ensure we maintain our H&S standards throughout for our teams and clients alike. We retain a H&S Officer responsible to ensure training and contract safety at all times.

Prospective clients will require reassurance before embarking on a purchase with a developer. We retain the highest level of premium rating within the Nhbc. Whoever you would choose, references should be sought from previous developments and site visits should be arranged to view the quality of the work with an opportunity to speak with a past client or purchaser.

Based in Petersfield, our developments are principally located in Hampshire, Surrey and West Sussex or within the South Downs National Park. Our operations stretch to south of Guildford and from Winchester to Petworth. In addition, we continue to support projects in London, South of the Thames.
