Our company was formed in 2007 as the development arm of our sister company Pegasus Builders to provide fine quality homes for individual clients seeking properties in secluded locations or town settings.
Our central operation within the market town of Petersfield provides the opportunity of finding sites in the South Downs National Park. A development may comprise of derelict buildings, old industrial units, 1970’s housing or green field. Each location will present a challenge for our architects to propose a new use to compliment and revitalise the surroundings.
We provide a complete journey – from the land purchase, design, construction and to the completion of the project. We work with the planning departments of local authorities to achieve the best use of the land in conjunction with the ruling policies.
